| Author : | Topic: Question about adding clay to resin April kit of the month | Bottom |
| LisaN Posts : 4 |
Hi. I received my April kit of the month and was going through the directions on assemblage. It says it is possible to add clay to the resin kit after you paint the kit, and can bake it?? I just wished to ask if you use sculpey or fimo. I have had more luck with fimo, and just wanted to make sure that the resin will not melt or cause fumes when I start to bake the doll. She is ready for baking, all assembled, and her limbs have been painted with acrylic paints. Thank you for your help! Lisa | |||

HI, yes you can add any of the polymer clays and the resin shouldnt melt on you, I only bake mine at 250 degrees that should work for you...Marsh |
